Return and Cancellation Policy
Returns & Refunds
Each ZEREL timepiece is produced and marketed in limited production runs. Due to the exclusive nature of these editions, all purchases are considered final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at orders@thezerel.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear video/images and your order details. Approved cases will be resolved at our discretion.
Warranty
All ZEREL timepieces include a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in the movement or craftsmanship under normal use conditions.
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Scratches or wear from regular use
- Water damage caused by misuse
- Strap wear
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications

Note: For all international warranty claims, customers are responsible for the shipping costs to and from our service facility, including any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges. ZEREL will cover the repair or replacement cost for issues covered under the warranty policy.
