Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
Each Zerel timepiece is produced in limited quantities and crafted using naturally unique stone dials. Due to the exclusive nature of these editions, all purchases are considered final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at zerel.world@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and your order details. Approved cases will be resolved at our discretion.
Warranty
All Zerel timepieces include a two-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in the movement or craftsmanship under normal use conditions.
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Scratches or wear from regular use
- Water damage caused by misuse
- Strap wear
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications

Note: For all international warranty claims, customers are responsible for the shipping costs to and from our service facility, including any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges. Zerel will cover the repair or replacement cost for issues covered under the warranty policy.
Natural Stone Disclaimer
Each Zerel timepiece features a dial crafted from natural stone. Due to the organic nature of these materials, variations in color, texture, patterns, veins, and surface details are natural and expected. No two stone dials are exactly alike, making every piece inherently unique.
These natural variations are not considered defects and are part of the individuality and character of each Zerel timepiece.
